RE NXT Events for Check In

Hello! I am looking for feedback from users who have used the RE NXT event module to check-in guests for large events. I'd love to hear how it went, any hiccups, any successes, and the size of your event. It may also be helpful to know the level of formality of the event, for example, whether it was a gala or golf event, etc.

Hi there!


Used it in November for our annual Bingo event - about 200 people. 


This is a very informal event - no name tags. We usually just check people off a printed list. 


It went pretty smoothly. It was very easy to scroll through the listing or search people. 


The only issue we had is one of our staff registered a few people as a Sponsor instead of a Registrant or Guest - we were not able to view these people because the event module only shows people that carry the Participant Type of Registrant or Guest. These were individuals that were Sponsors as well as attending.
