Where to Find Info on Updates to Altru

Hi everyone,


I may be missing something obvious here, but again Altru has been updated to a new version, and again there is a new thing in Daily Sales that's a surprise to my staff and I (Partial Credit button). Is there somewhere on here that I can see what's been added/changed in new versions of Altru? I know there's the Announcements spot that lists "fixes" in the new version releases, but it doesn't say anything about the Partial Credit button. Luckily the button itself is fairly straightforward, but I'd rather know about this stuff as it's happening and not have to hunt for answers.


I know that in the past our CFO has gotten emails that talk about new versions and their improvements; is there an email list I could be added to?


Any thoughts would be appreciated! I just want to stay on top of things. Thank you!

    For news about updates, I usually refer to the help menu in Altru and select 'What's New', and the 'New Features Guide' for more detailed information (how-to, pictures, etc.). I usually print out the guide or email it to my coworkers so we are aware of upcoming changes. Regarding receiving announcements about updates, I believe there is a way to subscribe and receive emails but I can't remember where or how.

    Thank you Nicole, that's really helpful! There are so many places to get lost in these Blackbaud websites. I found some things that might help with the email part in my Blackbaud ID account profile, so hopefully that did something as far as alerting me.
