downtime during switchover from RE 7 to NXT?

Hello. I was just wondering if anyone could share their experience in terms of how much downtime occurs during the switchover from 7.x products (RE, FE) to the NXT versions. Thanks!

We have a small data base (only about 4,000); down time was a couple of hours.  Data still accessible, but couldn't work in the database (add things, make changes, etc.)

I don't remember the exact amount of time. But I do remember that it seemed very quick and seamless.


We were pleased with the switchover process. Very few if any bumps in the road.
