What Does A Donor See When Their Transaction is Declined?

Hello,  Can someone tell me exactly what a donor sees when they make a donation in an OLX form, but their credit card is declined for some reason?  Is this something that comes from OLX or BBMS/BBPS?


Also, can this response be edited in any way?

Hi Michael Dotson‍. The credit card decline message that donors see isn't editable. It may vary slightly based on the response we receive back when attempting to process the transaction, but it's generally a generic message along the lines of "Credit card has been declined".
