How to set yearly reminders for Constituent Wedding Anniversaries?

I am looking for a tool either in Raiser's Edge or NXT to set a yearly reminder for specific donors wedding anniversaries so we can send something out. I have already though of scheduling an action, the issue is our gift officers are not very active on NXT. Thanks!

    Actions is really the perfect place for this information. It might be worth a ten-minute training to show gift officers how easy it is to view and complete Actions at Fundraising>Work in the webview. Better yet (for them ;-) ), you could set up and save a page in Fundraising>Reporting>Actions for each Gift Officer that just shows her Actions, then demo on how to find it (or schedue emails to her of Action reports on a regular basis). But if training isn't your purview or any of that is otherwise not feasible, you could run a report of Actions (by Action Type = Wedding Anniversary even) in database view and export it to Excel for Gift Officers to see. The downside of this last suggestion of course is that if the Gift Officer acts on the info in the Export it doesn't get back into Raiser's Edge. Whereas in the first two options she could send an Anniversary note and document it herself. . .
