Contact Information - Editable Email Option?

Hi All,


We are looking at sending an email to all constituents asking them to update some of their details. I'd like to prepopulate the email with the details we have on our system and have a Yes/No next to them, with the view that they can reply to the email and delete the relevant statement. Also amending their details if needed.


However, I've created an email from NXT Marketing as a test, but you cannot edit the email once it has been sent (as a recipient). Also tried on Online Express and had the same issue. 


Does anyone have any ideas on how best to create an editable email.

Hi Jessica Newman‍ - Unfortunately, it is not possible for a recipient to edit an email.  I would recommend that you ask the recipient to respond to the email or set up a survey form for them to fill out if any their information listed in the email has changed.

I believe it's possible to embed a link to a Google doc / Google sheet in the email which recipients can use to edit/enter their responses.

Thank you. I think that is the conclusion we've come to. We'll have an online form for them to complete, however, I was hoping to have pre-poluated some information to make it easier and more likely to receive a response.
