Official Notes and/or Conduct which one are you using for behavior reporting

Looking for schools using Official Notes and/or Conduct.  Which do you prefer for Teachers to take notes on behavior and to track children's behavior but so parents may not see it unless approved to see?  Please post any tips and also would you be able to chat on the phone with tips?

We use Conduct for behavior reporting but keep it fairly contained. We never allow parents to see their student's conduct - we basically use it as a tracking tool and will reach out to parents directly if there is an issue to discuss.
