my job title is Manage Constituent Database, but I do so much more..

my job title is Manage Constituent Database, but I do so much more and am in the process of requesting a job re-classification.  I work in a small shop now, but have overseen 5 people in an advancement services department.  Not what we call it here since there are only 8 of us.  So I do it all batching gifts, bio updating, research, importing interfaces and all reporting.
