Acknowledgement Letter Merge with photo

Hello, 


Our new acknowledgement letter has a pic placed in the upper right of the letter. When I merge the letters and there are more than 10 or so I get an error message. I recently merged 40 letters without the pic and added the pic to each letter.  Is there a way to merge the letters without an error or adding a pic after they are merged?

Hi LaVonda Ramsey‍ - Is your org hosted by Blackbaud or self-hosted?  If you are hosted by BB, I may have a solution for you.  I have found in the past the image file needs to be saved in (and linked from) your "Hosting Services File Transfer Utility" which can be found by clicking on Files after logging into the Citrix portal.

I set this up for someone in the last couple of months and did not have a problem at all inserting an image.  What is the error message that you receive?

I had a similar issue which seems to have been resolved by converting the image to a TIFF file and by placing it in the header of the Word document
