Organizations accidentally added as Group Constituent types

I was going through our our database and realized that a former employee always added new organizations under the Group constituent type rather than the Organization type. I would like to fix this. Does anyone have any ideas?


My only thought so far is to mark the Group types as inactive and then create new organization records
