org name and primary contact addressee to appear acknowledgements

Can anyone tell me how to get the organization name AND also have the organization's primary contact's addressee to be inserted into the address section of acknowledgement letters? I cannot get it to appear this way for organizational constituents:

Mr. Joe Smith

ABC Company

123 Main St.

Tampa, FL 33602

Instead it comes out like this:

ABC Company

ABC Company

123 Main St.

Tampa, FL 33602
