How to update credit card on automated recurring gift
How are people handling updating credit card information on an automated recurring gift? I do not see a way now that we have changed a gift to automated and this is concerning since we get credit card updates from donors on a daily basis.

Hi Krista Lippert - I believe you would currently have to create a new recurring gift in order to update the credit card information. However, there is some good news, the idea called "Allow new credit card information for recurring gifts" that is marked as Planned, in the RE-NXT Idea Bank.3
