Parents-Students Unable to See Progress Report

Hi Everyone - Would anyone know what may be causing our parents/students to not see the progress report? We did go to Academics > Grades > Report Card Set Up > Edited into our Progress Report > and under 2nd Semester we have today's date and an 8am time for parents/students. I checked Knowledgebase but didn't find anything. Thank you!
