Unread messages

Hi, For the past 3 days I have had a notification that I have 1 unread message.  I can read the message in my email, but it is nowhere on my message board.  It is driving me crazy!  Can anyone help me "find" that message so I can mark it read?

Hi Cory - it's most likely a response to a message that was missed.  I have to open the message to see if I missed someone else's response usually when I open the correct message the 1 unread goes away --- I totally understand the frustration in trying to find that "1"

I've definitely tried that Kathy.  The system keeps refreshing every time I close one message chain.  It is maddening.

Sometimes you can find the unread message several pages back in your list of messages; be sure to page to the less recent messages and look for a converation thread that is highlighted,  Alternatively, this symptom can happen if there was a user that sent you a message that has since been deleted from the system.  In that case you can contact support and they can help.
