Raiser’s Edge NXT - Constituent Lists - Pulling Emails for Relationships of an Individual Constituent

I’m having trouble pulling emails for relationships for individual constituents in NXT’s web view.  I’m wanting to send emails created in NXT web view to parents of children with cancer and the children themselves are the individual constituent with the parents as individual relationships.  

Has anyone come across this issue?

You'll have to create a query in database view.  This data isn't available in web view from lists.


It might be worth considering that if these relationships aren't constituents, you won't be able to add the email as an action or an appeal.
