Online Express - Email Delivery Time

I've just pushed my first email through Online Express.  The status has been "in flight" for about 10 minutes.  How long does it take for the emails to deliver?

Hi Emily Hutchison‍. There are lots of factors that can impact how long it takes for an OLX email to actually land in a recipient's inbox. Emails with relatively small recipient lists (say a few thousand recipients or less) should generally begin landing in inboxes in 10 minutes or less. The larger your recipient list and the more complex the underlying RE query that powers your OLX list, the longer it can take. But generally speaking even lists on the order of 100k recipients with complex‍ queries generally begin reaching recipients in under 30 minutes. While lots of other factors, including many beyond Blackbaud's control, can also impact delivery timing, this hopefully gives a good idea of what's typical.
