Error class roster drop option removed?

I was just looking at managing class rosters today and it appears the "error" drop option has been removed. We would always use this to cleanly delete totally the connection between student and class when moving to a different section. The traditional "drop" leaves the student in roster with status of dropped. This means that when you do exports you have to specifically exclude dropped students always. Am I missing something or was it really removed?

Well it seems someone "Moved my cheese". The Error drop used to be available when editing a class roster:

But it is now gone. However it still (or now) exists in Student Enrollment:

Can we have it back in the Class editing page? Often I just want to move a student from one section of a course to another one and it was easy to do it here but now I can't? Is there a new process I am missing?
