Live Chat feature

Does anyone have a live chat feature on your website? If so, what program are you using?

  • We use Zendesk for tech support and have started using the chat feature. Some embed code is used to add a chat icon to a page. We put it on our homepage www.burrburton.org and on some resource board posting. Cheers, JT 
  • We use tawk.to. We have it installed on our website and also on our community pages behind the login. It allows us to assign multiple technicians to monitor and answer calls. It has been extremely useful during our distance learning adventure, as we have used it as one of our options to handle technical support for parents and students.
