Multi-Year Pledge Status Report

I am struggling to resolve this. I've probably overlooked something simple, but it escapes me despite many attempts to troubleshoot this.


My multi-year report shows $1,000 pledge from matching gift company and the correct mg pledge balance of zero. It is not picking up the payment. I've tried including the latest payment made and the date. I've included mg gift amount and date.  Neither resolve this.  What am I missing?

I need to clarify. The report shows the correct MG payment but when exported it is missing.
