Can you create additional custom pages within your TeamRaiser?

I thought I had seen this at some point but can't find it now. We want to add some additional pages for participants, like an FAQ, social media toolkit, etc. Is there a way to create these additional pages in TeamRaiser?

Hi, Kim!


Yep! You can go to step 13. Customize Pages in the TeamRaiser configuration... then look for the "2nd Tab" at the top of the list... called Custom Pages. Once you click that tab, you'll see a greenish button at the top to Create a New Custom Page.


That should be what you're looking for.

Jon Reich‍ Sorry to bother you--one more question--how do we get the url for and add links to these pages? Is there a way to have them appear on the participant center home page or do they show up somewhere else?

Hi, Kim.


It's a bit tricky.. but if you use the "link" button/option in the tool bar, you would select TeamRaiser... then choose the TeamRaiser that contains that Custom Page and click the "Options" link. Then you'll see the dropdown of TeamRaiser pages to choose from, and it'll include those Custom TR Pages at the bottom of that dropdown. 


Otherwise.. you can see the "soid" of the Custom Page in the URL when hovering over the edit link in the Custom Page list (or in the address bar while editing it). You would then use that "soid" ID as the "sid" number to complete a link that looks like this (note the sid as well as the fr_id):
http://YOURORGDOMAIN/site/TR/Events/General?sid=1234&type=fr_informational&pg=informational&fr_id=1060
