NXT Class Year in COLUMNS function in LISTS work around

Hi All, When I am in NXT and I want to create a list of all or part of the alumni, I go to "LIST" then "CONSTITUENTS" to create my lists. The FILTER function doesn't have CLASS YEAR but I can access the class year by drilling into the EDUCATION tab then selected PRIMARY SCHOOL ONLY and then set the CLASS YEAR. Here's the problem though. When I export the list or any list the COLUMNS function doesn't have an option for CLASS YEAR. So, I may have a list of alumni form multiple years and I can't sort them by class year. Does this make sense? Has anyone found a work-around for this? Thanks, Jeff

The only work-around I can think of is to change your settings in Web View so that your Individual Display Name includes the grad year, and then do some Excel text-to-columns magic to put it in its own column.


But honestly, it might just be easier to save the list as a static query in database view and export the columns you need from there.
