Social Good Software Integration

Hi All,

Hope you're all doing well. I'm curious if anyone here has integrated with Social Good Software:

https://socialgoodsoftware.com/

A lot of their services look intriguing and we're looking for others' experience. If any of your teams has any feedback, please feel free to contact me at jesse.price@arboretum.org or on this thread.

Thanks, and take care!

Jesse

Did you end up getting it? We just implemented it in April of this year and I am trying to connect with other users.

  • @Alyssa Nickel Was there a particular feature that drew you to it? Are some more helpful than others?

  • @Alyssa Nickel Hi Alyssa! We have been users at The Florida Aquarium for a few years! Love our experience with the Social Good team. Happy to connect if you ever want to chat!

How has Social Good Software been? I have a vague idea what it can do for my General Member program - how about Corporate/Organization Member programs? I'll go further on their site in a bit, just wanted to see how you users were doing with the program. Does it utilize digital wallet cards? Can it be used JUST for membership programs. I could go on…hahaha

  • @Regina Holten

We also use SGS, and for more than just digital cards. SGS helps make up for some of Altru's inability to function in the world of Web 2.0.

The modules we use most are:

    • Digital Memberships:
      • Automated Welcome/Reminder Emails
      • Digital Cards (It DOES use the Google and Apple digital wallets)
    • Calendars with purchase links
    • Skinning web forms to look, and function, a little nicer
    • Digital Event Tickets, sent automatically
    • Reminder emails based on event dates
    • Scanning Digital Tickets

We most heavily use the digital cards and email module. We send reminder emails for membership renewals, group sales, and field trips. We also send follow-up emails for specific events. Having good looking calendars has also been really nice, since they're so easy to set up.
