Linking web forms to more than one BBMS account when using Altru to track two organizations

Hello,


We will be tracking two organizations within Altru and we've run into a bit of an obstacle because the web forms can only link to one BBMS account. Combing the accounts is not an option and I'm wondering if any users who track more than one organization have come up with a work around. We are willing to engage a third party to build a custom solution and we are looking for recommendations. We'd really like to avoid moving large sums of money between accounts at the end of each month. Any input/advice is much appreciated!
