TeamRaiser Report Writer reports generating no data for autoresponders

How do you run email reporting on TeamRaiser autoresponder emails? I tried using Report Writer TeamRaiser email reports but get no data at all.

    LO doesn't track autoresponders, unfortunately.

    Jeremy - I see reference to coaching emails and campaigns. Are folks using LO Email Campaigns instead of autoresponders?

    Hi Kim- We recommend TeamRaiser customers use the TeamRaiser follow-up autoresponders in combination with the TeamRaiser coaching email tool. While you can use the LO Email Campaign tool, the coaching email tool provides easier segmentation when you want to target fundraisers based on amount raised, or if you are looking to only target team captains.
