Bi-Weekly Scheduled Program Events

I would like to create biweekly scheduled program events in lieu of weekly or monthly. Has anyone discovered an easy way to do this? For example, a department meeting that takes place every other week all year long, not necessarily just the first and third weeks or anything like that. What is the best and easiest way to create this in Altru? It would make sense if biweekly was an option, not just weekly or monthly. I look forward to some insight or hearing about some workarounds you may have found.
