List of Static Users in Pushpage Distribution Lists

It would be nice to be able to pull a list/report of all the Static Users on all Pushpage Distribution Lists. I have two employees are that are added as Static Users on various (over 100) different pushpage distribution lists. But I have no idea which exact lists they are all on. I need to remove them from all of these lists and ultimately replace them with the employee that replaced them.


There is a Data Import option that allows you to upload a CSV file to add these users but nothing that works in reverse to give you the users currently on the lists as static users. It would also be helpful to be able to get a CSV/Excel file with the exact name of all pushpages in your system so that when you use the Data Import feature you know the titles are correct.


This seems like a pretty simple request, but doesn't appear Blackbaud can help me. Anyone have any ideas on another solution?

Does the Settings tab not show you the distro lists that the individual is on --- quick way to have them not receive anymore would be to remove Bulk email.  That doesn't help with the replacement, unless the settings tab gives you the information.  Would a manage list give you a listing to be able to do a data upload?

Certainly this would be valuable. The approach we have taken for a "monitoring group" that get all PushPages is to have an advanced list to include them (just a bunch of email = x or email = y or email = z ....). This list is then included on all distribution groups. Then, maintenance of this "monitoring group" is consolidated to one place; on the advanced list.

Kathy, right on. Visiting a user's notification settings will show the distribution groups they are members of.

I've been trying to document what groups they are on in the settings tab of core before I take them out so the replacement can get the same ones. But I recently switched to something similar as JT. I have an advanced list the same as JT, but I made a non-public department called PushPage and I pull that list into all of my distribution groups. I also wanted all the teachers, specialty teachers, and admin added to grade-specific distrubutions that go to parents or students, so I've created a bunch of advanced lists that pull based on department. Now if a teacher changes grade levels, changing their grade level in the employment record moves their pushpage distribution group and I don't have to go into every iteration of the distribution groups.
