Email blast, using Online Express, but no transactions or gifts showing up in email analysis

We just sent out an email blast from NXT. We use Online Express for our online giving forms, so expected that the email analysis would show the transaction rate and gift average and number of gifts. However, nothing is showing up. We know there have been gifts coming from this email, so why does this information not appear in the analysis area?

  • Hi Vanessa Hales‍. You'd only see gift tallies show up in RENXT Email Marketing if your emails directed supporters to pages that make use of RENXT's donation forms. Online Express' donation forms aren't able to "report back" to RENXT emails when an online gift is made.
