Using the Outlook Plugin for someone with delegate access?

Our CEO's executive assistant has delegate access to the CEO's email in Outlook, so it shows up as a separate set of folders in her outlook, underneath her own mail folders.  I just found out that she is unable to use the NXT Outlook Plugin to add actions from the CEO's mail folders.  She has to forward the emails to herself, then add the action from her own mailbox.  When she tries to open the plugin from the delegate mailbox she gets an error saying "You cannot perform this action. Add-ins are not supported in this folder."  I did some research and it sounds like this is a common limitation to many plugins, not just the Blackbaud one, but I have to believe there is some way to get around it.  My question to the group is:

Have you encountered this issue in your organization?  Did you find any way to work around it - either with some sort of genius tech hack or just with a good workflow or creative use of Outlook rules?

Curious to see what others have come up with!
