Does anyone have a paid Education Subscription with Zoom?

We are thinking of subscribing to a Zoom Education subscription.  We can not get someone from Zoom on the phone or even to answer questions by email.  (I understand, they are being inundated.)  I was hoping someone here might be able to help.  Is there anyone in this community who has a Zoom Education subscription and would be willing to answer questions?  For example, does the Education subscription offer the telephone numbers for people to call in if they can not join digitally?

We bought the base education subscription (20 users). You can roll all your teacher created accounts (as long as they signed up with your school domain email) under the subscription and they don't count against the 20 users. That way they are protected by the education privacy policies instead of the general privacy policies. It also gives you a dashboard to monitor accounts and manage options such as requiring the use of a waiting room. For the previously created accounts, the teachers just have to log out and back in before they will show up as part of your subscription. And yes, it gives a phone number for call ins.
