3D Glasses as Program for online sales

Hi folks,

Like many of you, my institution will be reopening soon.

We already sell our 3D movie tickets online.  Normally, patrons use our plastic 3D glasses, which are cleaned between uses.


For obvious reasons, we will be adding inexpensive paper souvenir glasses that patrons can purchase if they want their own pair to use and take home.

Altru does not have the capacity to sell merchandise online, so we plan on making "3D Glasses" a daily program to allow people to purchase glasses online when they buy the movie tickets.

Plus - they get an eticket for each pair so the door attendant can just glance at their device and hand them glasses, Minus - our accountants want merchandise treated as merchandise.


We would like them to be Merchandise in order to track material costs and other merch factors, but I see no way to do that while also having online sales.
