Is there a limit to the # of votes in Ideas Bank?

Carlene Johnson

I searched knowledgebase and couldn't find the answer, so hopefully the community knows! Is there a limit to the total number of active votes one can use in the Ideas Bank? I'm clear on the fact that I can only use one vote per idea, but am wondering about the total number of votes available to me.

I believe votes are unlimited, just as ideas are. If you find otherwise, report back!

There used to be a maximum number of votes and you could assign between 1 to 3 votes to an item of interest. If I remember correctly you only had about 100 votes. You had to be really careful with them and I would reallocate them from time to time when something new came up. They changed platforms for hosting the ideas banks and like Crystal Bruce‍ suggested I also have not heard of a limitation on the new platform. Which makes sense with the way they are developing NXT.

Happy voting and if you have great ideas share them in the community with the link. I love voting for things that will make products better

Healthy thoughts,

Thanks, Elizabeth Johnson‍ . I think I was remembering back to the old days as you mentioned below. One of the reasons I never spent much time voting was because of the limitations in the past. I'm glad I took another look at the Idea Bank and voting.
