Commonly underused features in Raisers Edge NXT

Hi Everyone! I am working with an organization that is excited to unlock the full use of their Raisers Edge platform. We are curious about what are some of the high-impact, maybe most underused features that we should consider integrating into our development teams workflow? For example, are there specific donor analysis folks like to run such as a LYBUNTY? Methods of prospecting donors people like to utilize? Any guidance would be super helpful. Thank you in advance!

What modules do they have? If they have Membership, that is a great place for tracking board status and committees. Without the Membership module, you have to use constituent codes, relationships, or attributes. Membership has a lot of features that can work really nicely with board membership, especially if you already have it for other reasons.
