Field Mapping of JustGiving Integration to eTapestry

Hi everyone,

I would like to map more fields than just Campaign / Fund & Approach when importing from JustGiving into eTapestry, but the live chat i've just had advises it's not possible.Has anyone else felt this would be a good improvement to make?

The reason why is that we want to attribute an "Auto-Acknowledged" Thank You Letter to the gifts imported from JustGiving (which we've created as a required field), we've set up a template e-mail that the donor received when they donate which has a Thank You text in it. Thus indicating these gifts as being thanked, lbut arge or high profile gifts are thanked over & above the auto acknowledgement.


Any thoughts from anyone?
