RENXT lists

Hello everyone!


I'm fairly new to working in Blackbaud RENXT and am trying to run a list of constituents that gave to one of the fundraising events last year. I ran the report and I ONLY want last year's gifts. I continue to try to use the filter but continue to get "the latest gift" if one was posted after last year's event ended, This is an issue because some of these constituents are donating to COVID-19 this year and that information is being pulled in and overrides last year's gift. Any clues?


I hope this makes sense and any help would be awesome!

Sounds like you are using a constituent list which shows constituent info and first, latest and greatest gift info which you can filter using fund, appeal, etc. But a gift list is where you can filter to only show those gifts by fund, appeal, etc. over a certain time period, etc. Unfortunately, this list probably won't give you the constituent info you want. It's why I still use the dataview for most of my work as dba.
