You know how Blackbaud says they are here for us during COVID-19...well they are not!

Having to close, refund thousands in tickets, no revenue coming....I requested a waiver of one quarter of our annual payment. They refused! So many other vendors are helping us out. Blackbaud refuses. In times of trouble, you find out who is worth your time right! Very disappointed!
