I am revising our checklists in Enrollment Management and wanted to know if anyone has found anything to be particularly helpful? I would love any feedback for what you found to work and not.

When we added the online recommendation checklist steps, I kept our paper rec step (unpublished) so we could integrate the SAO letters of recommendation letters (they don't integrate with the online recs). It might be more work to waive the paper checklist steps when we receive the online recs, but saves me time in scanning in the SAO recs since we accept the SAO application.
