GL Distribution Tab - Fund Export

Is there a way to export the GL Distribution Tab from the fund record using a fund export?

Aaron,

I may not be totally clear on what you want.  When you're on the GL Distribution tab of a fund you can right click and export the information.  Not sure what you are looking for with a "fund export."

If you are looking to export the GL per fund, I have done that in a query.   Warning -  you may get all of the gl's per fund if you have it setup as we do.   It's a messy export from query, but I have done it.

I am looking for a clean way/user friendly way
to report on the following: Fund ID, Fund Description, Fund
Category, the GL Distribution and attributes. We are wanting to
create a fund directory that we can give to our Finance office.

I was doing the same thing when I ran the query.  I just had to manually clean it up.   There are people on the forums who have more years of experience than I, so maybe someone will have a better answer.

Have you looked at Reports > Campaign, Funds.... > Fund Detail Report?  On Format, Detail include notes, attributes.

JoAnn Strommen‍ is right - that is the only easy way to do it.  If you want something editable (for sorting purposes) you would have to do a query and export the results to Excel.

That’s what I need but 1 thing. I need the
Fund Type field listed too but its not shown in this report. Any

Don't see it as an option anywhere on Fund Detail Report. May have to add it manually to your report if it's truly needed by finance. I don't know that that field affects FE if that is your accounting software.
