Constituent not receiving emails

Hi to all!


One of our constituents is not receiving our emails (newsletters etc...) sent from RENXT. His email is properly indicated in the Bio 1 tab in Re7, he/his email appear in the list created for the mailing. But then when I look for him the "recipients" or "bounced" reports (after I send my emails) I do not see him. Any idea why? Thank you very much in advance for your help.

  • Hi Sophie. Has the constituent previously unsubscribed? I assume this would supress any future emails being sent to them.
