Storing Text Opt-In Information in CRM

Is anyone willing to share their approach for storing Text Opt-In Data in CRM?


We are using multiple texting systems and would like to store the phone, text system name, and opt-in/opt-out data in CRM. We're considering customizing phone to capture this additional data. It would be helpful to see how others have incorporated this kind of data for inspiration. Thanks!

Not sure what version you are on but from SP 14 onwards there is addition functionality for GDPR and Opt In/Out

Thanks, Liz.  We're aware of this functionality but we are looking to capture this information on the phone record itself, not the constituent record level.
