Issues accessing Report Cards

Hive minds: Is anyone else having difficulty accessing Report Cards? This issue surfaced, seemingly out of the blue. I've reported it to Support and received confirmation that it isn't an issue with our setup. Two of our divisions have reported this to me, and I'm eager to know if you have/had this and if you have tips for resolving as we wait - as we were told by support - for the product development team to explore further.
