Action Tracks - functionality

Hello, 


I have been exploring the action tracks option for our small non-profit.  We would ideally like to use this for stewardship and solicitation of donors. I am curious if there are any small non-profits that use this function successfully.  I see the potential benefits, but I also see several challenges in the functionality of it.


Appreciate any tips/tricks and guidance on this feature.

    My Org does not yet have NXT, but I would recommend you take a look at the "Workflow Designer" within NXT.  As I understand it, it is a more robust version of action tracks (in database view). 


    You may also want to cross-post this question within the RE-NXT section of the RE Forum, so others that utilize Workflow can elaborate the pros and cons.
