Online Express Process

During the processing payment thru Online Express I'm able to LINK the payment to the constituent.  But it would open the record to inform me of a duplicate; like a duplicate phone number or duplicate email address.  At which time I would delete on of the line for one of the duplicate then I would Save and Close.  Often times it would close and I can move to the next payment well recently a pop up window would have a message has been showing up which I would just click 'X' a couple time to close the record.

The pop up message is "Object variable or with block variable not set".  Does anyone know what this means?

    Eleanor Gozzip‍, not sure if this is related, but we had been receiving the same error when opening the gift tab of a record in database view. We reported it to support (June 17th) and they said it was a known issue they were working to fix. You may want to share your experience with support so they know where you are seeing the error.

    To find out what that error means in OLX, go to knowledgebase (KB) and type in the error message.  That particular error happens in a number of scenarios/modules.  For error messages, best first step is to check out KB.
