Web registration and households

Does Altru have any functionality to deal with creating households for users registering via web forms? As we review recent database entries, we have had to create many households manually because people using web forms each have to input their data independently. We don't always know how these people are related to one another.

Great question! Currently Altru does not have a mechanism of inquiring about relationships in online forms such as memberships, pre-registered programs or special events.  I recommend adding that as a product feature request in the Ideas section of the community. 


For certain online forms such as pre-registered programs,  you could explore the option of including a question where the person submitting the form could select a value of that registrant's relationship with them.
