Marketing export definition - including data which is filtered out

I'm trying to pull data only for Application = Recurring Gift - using the filters within the markeing export definition, but when I run the export def though the marketing effort and export it, it shows all revenue

So frustrating.

The filter on the data is working (between two dates) but it seems to ignore the Application equals Recurring Gift.

Any ideas?

Hi Liz-

Just want to check on a few things. In the Marketing ExDef, let's say you're trying to pull the amount of an Application for a Regular Gift. If you bring in Constituent Marketing Information->Constituent->Revenue->Application, and then the Amount field, the system is going to give you two sets of criteria.

On the first, you'll probably want to limit to Transaction Type = Payment, and you can specify however many potential payments to export.

On the next, you'll be asked to specify Application = Recurring Gift, and you should only need 1 I'd imagine.

If I'm off on my assumptions, or you've done that and it's bugging out, please let me know.
