Online Express customise wording in eReceipts

Hi,


just wondering if any one can offer advice on how to customise organisational wording in the eReceipts generated for donations and event pages?  I believe this was done for our organisation prior to the eReceipting being linked to the receipt stack but since then and the generation of test eReceipts, I can't seem to find an option to update the wording.  Can anyone assist please.

    Hi Jo Bartley‍ - Not sure this is what you are looking for exactly, but check out KB Article #97366 for information on how to set-up/edit e-Receipts in OLX.  There is an idea in the OLX Idea Bank called "Make eReceipts editable in Online Express" which has been marked as "Shipped", but I don't see a way to edit the additional text in an e-Receipt.  Have you contacted BB Support with this question?
