Update Has Deleted All Sorting in QUERY, BATCH, EXPORT, AND ADMIN

This new update has DELETED all my sorting and preferences.  As soon as I get everything organized again, and log out, the next time I log in ALL my organization has been DELETED again.  What do you need to do to fix this problem?  I can't scroll through a list of hundreds of queries and batches every single time I need to find one.  The last update broke this too, but at least after I re-sorted everything my preferences stuck.  Are you going to update the update so everything saves again?

Agreed. It's simply irritating that our preferred columns for viewing gifts, actions, etc. for a constituent record needs to be recreated with each of these (very frequent) updates.

I'm running into this too and it's driving me BANANAS. It also messed with a couple of my configurations!

This happened to me too. 

I came on here to see if Blackbaud has replied to any of the sort/preferences being messed up within profiles. I haven't seen their response yet - anyone know if they've commented?

In the same boat... every time I log out, my sorting preferences are gone.  I don't mind resetting them once after an update if they would then stay put.

We have the same problem.  It keeps happening every time there is an update.  Any solutions from Blackbaud?
