Demo database for presentation?

I've been asked by our social work program to do a presentation on donor databases this fall for students interested in working for NGOs.  I'd love to show them what NXT can do, however, I'm not comfortable sharing my screen with our live donor info in it.


Is there a sample or demo NXT database I could use for the presentation, similar to the kind we use in trainings?

My understanding is that the only way to get a test environment for NXT is to pay for it, unfortunately.
