Query/export folder sort keeps resetting

Since RE recently updated, I've been having trouble keeping my queries and exports listed in my preferred sorted order (Last Run). For example, each time I log into RE and go into a query folder all the queries are randomly listed. If I re-sort by last run, it only stays that way while i'm in the folder. As soon as I leave the folder, and go back the sort is gone. Does anyone know if there is a setting to keep things sorted permanently? I've never had this problem with RE and I've worked in it for over 7 years.

  • I have the same issue.  I was going to put in a case ticket for it,  except I think BB is still "updating" and they warned the reset of preferences and such could occur often.  Who knows?  Communication from Blackbaud is virtually non-existent.   We lost access to our PostOmatic folders after some recent update and were unable to post gifts for a few days.   Suddenly, we had access again and there was no notification sent to us.  


    I'll keep an eye on this thread, just in case :) 
  • I had the same issue.  In the columns option, I clicked reset back to system defaults and setup the columns and sort again.  This fixed the problem. I contacted support and the agent had no clue what I was talking about!

    You can see what others have done regarding cases and potential resolution of issue. 
  • I made the column that I wanted to sort by the first column and then sorted by that column.  So far, it seems to be working.

    I just received a notice from BB Support that with the upgrade to Patch 20 this issue has been resolved. So far that seems to be the case.
  • All of my issues seem to be resolved,  but I am still unhappy with Blackbaud.  Did you get the notice because you had an open case,  Dan Snyder‍ ?   I hadn't heard anything.
