Hello,


How do offices handle interview notes? Previously we had an interview questionnaire that our interviews used during the interview. I understand we can upload a document to the candidate profile. Is there a way to generate an interview questionnaire in the system so we can populate basic information like student/parents' names, location, apply grade, and interests? In our previous system, questions were tracked in the database. I understand we can't create the specific questions but it would be nice to be able to generate the form for them to fillout with fields we have in the system populated so they aren't starting from scratch. 


Please share some examples of how offices create and record interview notes other than the text box provided by Blackbaud.

Hi, Karl.


We created a fillable PDF internal interview notes form that is given to each principal when they interview a family.  That completed PDF is then uploaded to the "Interview Rating and Notes" tab of the interview checklist item which is designed to store this information.
