HELP! Preregistered Program Online Sales

I wonder if this is happening to anyone else currently?


Our museum has set up timed ticket entry through preregistered programs. We set up online sales for it, with each event ending 15 minutes after its start time. For today, the online ticket sales will only let you buy tickets starting at 2pm. We have ticket sales every 15 minutes starting at 10 am. We can still allow a couple of people in at a time to reserve a time slot through advance sales at the front desk. We really would prefer if people could reserve from outside the building with their phones or before they even arrive at the museum. 


Is there a solution for this problem? I have tried adjusting the online sale period "ending" to 1000 mins after the event has started, and it still will not show those time slots online.

*EDIT* The 2pm time slot is now gone as well. It happened before 12pm.


If someone knows how this could be fixed, please let me know as soon as possible!

  • You need to check the on sale time on each program event. It's only allowing sales within a certain number of minutes before the program event starts
  • For the program, it says "On-sale period begins" Immediately and "On-sale period ends" 15 minutes after start.

    For each event inside the program, it says "On-sale Information" Online Sales, 6/30/2020 3:56 PM.

    It does not have an "On-sale period ends" within each event.


    Is there a way to see the end time for sales in a single event?
  • No, I forgot the on sale period END time is only set at the program level. It sounds like your settings should have been working. I would contact support and see if they can help you!
  • This sounds like the same problem we had.  For us, the problem was that we had "Will Call" as the only delivery method.  But we had a setting blocking Will Call as a delivery method option an hour before the event start time.


    To fix this:
    • Go to Tickets.  Under Configuration select Delivery Methods
    • Click the down-arrow next to Will Call, click Edit.
    • Uncheck the box next to "Block this delivery method 1 Hour before the event."

    If you want to add or remove delivery methods:
    • Go to Tickets.  Under Configuration select Sales Methods.
    • Click on Online Sales.
    • Here you can add or remove delivery methods.
  • Thank you all for the help! I contacted Support and it was the "Will Call" setting. I simply changed it to an E-Ticket and it has been working well ever since then!
